Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all across India. (No international shipping at this time.)

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999. 

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee  applies.

  • Certain delivery options (like express or next-day) may attract additional fees depending on your pincode or location.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on your pincode and the products ordered. 

  • Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments, depending on item availability. 

  • In some metro cities, express / next-day delivery may be available for eligible orders.

4. First Order Perk
Enjoy free shipping on your first order, regardless of the order amount.

5. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • If an order is canceled by us (or due to non-delivery) before shipping, we will refund the full amount, including any shipping charges.

  • If you cancel after the order is shipped, shipping charges may apply or may not be refundable, depending on the situation.

6. Returns & Self-Ship Option

  • If you wish to return an item, you can initiate a return request from the “My Orders” section in your account.

  • For self-shipped returns (if pick-up is not available), you’ll need to share a scanned courier receipt with us to get shipping cost reimbursement, after the order is received and quality-checked. 

  • Please ensure the item is unused, with tags intact, and packed securely for return. 

7. Quality Check

  • During pick-up, our agent may perform a quality check for surface damage or defects.

  • If an item fails the quality check on return, we may refuse the return or send it back to you.

8. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email / SMS. You can track your package in “My Orders.
